PunterPolls Prediction – Match 55: Kings XI Punjab v Rajasthan Royals at Mohali, 9 May

Likeable teams in lively tussle for playoff push | PunterPolls Prediction

Before match polling (Normal polling), going to be close half an before the match starts. Please participate in the In-Match polling once the match will start.

In-Match Polling

From today we are going to run beta version to run separate polling which will start with the toss and remain till the match end. This will give us true picture about how you are reading  the game while in progress. Hoping that this will help us to predict the game in much better way. So don't forget to participate in the IN-MATCH polling.

Please note, if we will not get very good response in this polling we will no longer continue after few matches.

These must be the two teams neutrals like the most. Rajasthan Royals are led by one of the most admired Indian cricketers of all time, and have made the most use of domestic - and limited, mind you - resources. Kings XI Punjab have not been the most efficient side of the tournament by a long distance, but they have played attractively. It also helps that at almost every step of the way, they have had to deal with umpiring howlers, which they have complained about but not without humour.

This is no goodwill match, though. This is pretty serious business with pretty serious implications. Kings XI need to win almost every one of their remaining five games. They have five wins so far, and nine is no longer the magic number because three teams have either been eliminated or are on the brink of elimination, making it a much tighter competition in the middle of the table.

Royals have six points more than Kings XI, but the latter have a game in hand. All the winning of hearts and matches against odds might amount to nothing if Royals slip here.

PunterPolls Prediction

We have received brilliant response so far, we are getting 50 new punters each day and we request each and every punters to atleast vote once so that we should have clear picture of which team supported by punters.

Kings XI v Rajatshan Royals, two gutsy team will face each other. Rajasthan is more consistent but they don't have very good record in playing away matches. On the other hand, Kings XI have shown out of the box show in the last match courtesy David Miller's dashing batting performance against the RCB.

Kings XI batting is also been consistent in last 5 matches. They went quite close to the target against Chennai and Mumbai as well but their bowling department is quite worrying factor. Bowlers have coincided too many runs against each opponent and their batting remain their savior.

What we can see till now, 57% punters are supporting Kings XI and According to our experts Millers innings is the biggest better for this kind of response. Since the pitch is flat and both teams have very good batsmen to chase any total, chasing team does have upper hand in the contests too.

My personal choice is Royals for this game as I am been very impressed with their overall strategy especially chasing the big target. And I believe if Royals managed to put 180+ on this while batting first, they can restrict Kings XI.

Please like our Facebook Page too to stay connected and to spread words about punterspolls.com so that more punters can attach to us.

Like to request to all visitors, that they should post their questions as well as answers to their buddy punters at the bottom of this page itself and make this place a paradise for all punters. Punter power is way better then asking anyone for tips and predictions.

  1. surely kxip wil win today
    without any confusion
nd match is also in mohali
90% matches have been won by homeground teams in this ipl
anywez kxip is going tu win dis match 100%

    • I am agree with you Gaurav, but as you said 90% matches been won by home team.

Kings XI have lost against CSK in Mohali. CSK have lost against Pune in Chennai and Pune have lost against Kings XI in Pune. Seems like circle is going to complete today 🙂

      Rest will see.

  2. Many of us believe that team supported by Most of the punters does looses the game at the end. Though PunterPolls results are telling a different story.

Best way to differentiate that which team punters were supporting at particular stage. Like People say, I was supporting A team from the very beginning. But when A team was on the verge of loosing (like we have seen Kings XI against RCB), Punters want to know how many of us was supporting Kings XI.

Before match predictions are altogether a different cup of tea. That’s kind of fluke, sometimes it happens and sometimes not.

So here we go, Check the before match polling, and then participate in IN-MATCH polling and the results will be in-front of you.

The team Supported by most before the match does looses the game at the end or not.

Guys don’t forget to drop a vote during the match. Now its time to see before and during match predictions of punters.

  3. Team changes: Punjab have brought back Gilchrist and Bipul Sharma comes in too. No Neser. Rajasthan have Yagnik, Chandila, Sreesanth and Cooper. No Stuart Binny, he seems to be injured.

Now what you think? Stuart Binny who have won matches for Royals is out today and Gilli is back for Punjab.

Looking forward for a good match as we have been bored in the last couple of days.

  4. After 15, Kings XI are 107/3. Last 5 overs produces 33/2 runs. Miller and Marsh on the crease.

What you think what would be the final total? According to me less than 165.

  5. 72 on 60 balls with 8 wickets in hand seems to be easy target in any form of cricket.

Do you think Punjab will be able to pull up the thriller?

  6. What a crappy bowling by Kings XI. They themselves struggle against the slower balls and they didn’t try a single.

I am sure, Ajinkya is not a better player in comparison to Marsh and Miller.
